We open 6 intakes a year. Each group keeps the same official syllabus (640 h) and the same 80 hours of in-company practice.

All intakes are in-person in Valencia · 4-hour sessions · 640 h total (560 h classroom + 80 h internship).

What people usually ask us

Do I need previous experience in hospitality?+

No. The course starts from zero. The modules are designed to take you from day one behind the bar to a professional level.

What qualification do I get at the end?+

The HOTR0508 professional certificate «Bar and Cafeteria Services» (R.D. 1256/2009, level 2), officially recognised by SEPE across Spain and the EU.

Where does the internship happen?+

In partner bars and cafés in Valencia. Each student has a company mentor and a school mentor; the final report goes on your CV.

What are the timetables?+

In-person sessions of 4 hours, Monday to Friday. The full calendar (05/10/2026 – 21/06/2027) respects Christmas (24/12–06/01) and Easter (22/03–04/04).

What are the entry requirements for a level 2 certificate?+

ESO diploma, a level 2 (or higher) professional certificate, an access test to the Ciclos Formativos de Grado Medio or a key-competences test. We help you check.
